Greg started his career in sales and marketing within the film and television industry working for Amblin Entertainment, Boss Film Studios, AT&T Broadband and Comcast. Greg negotiated large production contracts with major production companies and uses that experience for his clients in their real estate negotiations. Greg isn't just a realtor, he is also a seasoned investor. Greg started in 2004 as a real estate investor buying homes at auction and rehabbing them for resale or rental. In South Texas, Greg honed his skills and knowledge of real estate investment and sales which he uses to help his clients today. Greg has built a national network of referral agents which he regularly calls upon to help his clients with a qualified real estate professional in the area they are going to when moving out of state.
